These Terms of Use govern your use of the WeSweat mobile application and related services provided by Brooding Ostrich, LLC ("WeSweat", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using WeSweat, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Auto-Renewable Subscription

WeSweat Prime is an auto-renewable subscription that gives access to premium features including advanced recovery insights, adaptive training guidance, and nutrition planning tools.

  • Subscription title: WeSweat Prime Monthly
  • Subscription length: 1 month
  • Price: Displayed in-app at the time of purchase and may vary by region/currency

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Apple Standard EULA

For iOS subscriptions and app use, WeSweat uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer non-open-source components, disrupt service operations, or use WeSweat in a way that violates applicable laws.

WeSweat provides fitness and wellness information for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or modifying exercise, nutrition, or recovery programs, especially if you have existing health conditions.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://www.wesweat.fit/privacy-policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of WeSweat after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
